PAUSE
PAUSE provide 30-minute face-to-face sessions with a practitioner for children and young people under 25 years of age living in Birmingham, to talk about whatever is on their mind and get support around their emotional health and wellbeing (this includes anything relating to feelings and how to manage them). For example, arguments with friends or family, anxiety or worries, loneliness, low mood, self-harm, relationships, transitions between stages in education like starting a new school, college or university, how to cope with anger, bullying, gender, identity – all of this and more.

You choose when and how to use our service:
- Drop-in face to face support is available, check our webpage for dates & venues. (Booked face to face sessions are available in certain circumstances.)

- We are closed Sundays & Bank Holidays.
